All workshops are final sale. No refunds will be given under any circumstance.

Workshops cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once purchased. Any refund requests related to user error (not reading the workshop description or sales and refund policy), or simply not wanting the workshop / membership anymore does not warrant a refund.

Your GUIDED membership is a 12-month commitment, however you have two options if you wish to cancel your membership early.

Option #1

Within 72 hours of purchasing your GUIDED membership you may cancel for a one-time fee of $110. After we have received your cancelation fee, you will no longer incur monthly membership charges and your access will be immediately revoked.

Option #2

If more than 72 hours have passed since purchasing your GUIDED membership and you wish to cancel your membership, you can buy out the remainder of your membership contract. Once we have received payment for your contract buy-out, you will no longer incur monthly charges and your access will be immediately revoked.

To initiate the cancelation process, please email [email protected]. To be considered eligible for Option #1 we must receive your email within 72 hours of your original purchase.

Do not contact us via Instagram for cancelations. Messages sent here will not be considered when reviewing eligibility for Option #1.

You are not permitted to share your login information or allow anyone but yourself to access your purchased material. If it is discovered that you are sharing access with anyone, your account will be immediately terminated and you will lose access without a refund.

Once logged in, you will see The TOOLS in your Library. We recommend reading through this month's TOOLS when you join. You will find guidance from Ashley, mantras and self-care practices for the month, and the upcoming Satsangs. 

In the Satsangs, Ashley leads our community through one of our workshops or trainings, expanding on the material, answering questions, and holding space for your growth. 

As a GUIDED member, you have access to every single workshop and training we've released. We encourage you to work through the one covered in this month's Satsangs. But, of course, if you feel called elsewhere, follow your guidance!

All Satsangs are held on Zoom. The call links for upcoming Satsangs available here. Replays are available for a limited time and are available in your Library.

The TOOLS is an exclusive email available only in GUIDED. At the beginning of each month, you will receive The TOOLS. The main purpose is to support you in creating a sustainable practice with the work and trainings.

Each month, you will receive a letter from Ashley outlining the energy of the month and support for how to move through it. You'll also receive the workshop or training we've working through as a community, and a list of upcoming Satsangs where we'll discuss it together.

Consistently doing this work is absolutely necessary in creating a transformational shift in your life by learning to receive, trust what you're receiving, and use what you're receiving to guide yourself through your daily life. The time, commitment, and consistency are very important to build a foundation that can sway with the energy of the collective, the planet, and the Universe.

The credit card you used to purchase your membership will be charged $55 every month of your 12-month term. Your billing date is the day you made your purchased (example: if you purchased your membership on January 1, your billing date will be the first of every month).

No, your GUIDED membership will not automatically renew. After your final monthly payment you will continue to have access for 30 days. At that point, your access will be revoked and your membership will be canceled. You do not have to do anything. 

To renew your membership, you must purchase a new GUIDED membership. 

We understand there may be times where you wish to pause your membership. You may do so for up to a maximum of 3 months. You may only pause your membership once during a 12-month membership cycle. Please email [email protected] to initiate this process.

Yes, you may pay out the balance of your monthly payments at any time. You will continue to receive access for the remainder of your membership term. Please contact [email protected] to initiate this process.
